Soy is one of the most examined nutrients out there with 2,000 articles published annually [1]. With so much negative information circulating about soy, these studies help shine a light on the nutritional benefits and invalidate the negative health claims, giving soy the credit it is due for it’s tremendous health benefits I’ve learned from the information I’ve listed below.
